Cancellation Policy
At Whitby Furniture Outlet, we understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel an order.
Full Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled with a full refund if all the following conditions are met:

The item is not yet in our possession

The item has not been shipped or dispatched

The item is not already in transit from the supplier

The order can be cancelled with the supplier
Cancellation Fees
If the above conditions are not met, a 35% cancellation fee will apply.
Once an order has been shipped or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
If delivery is refused after shipment, a 35% cancellation fee will apply, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Special Orders
Certain brands or special orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-cancellable and final sale.
Order Changes
Customers may request to remove items from an order before shipment. If the item has already been processed or is in transit, the cancellation fee may apply.
Price Changes
Whitby Furniture Outlet does not refund price differences if a product price changes after purchase.
