Goods on lay-away require 21 days notice for pick-up or delivery.

Special orders must be picked up or delivered as soon as they arrive from Manufacturer otherwise customer agrees to pay $20.00 per day warehouse.

No service on pickup orders.

All sales final on any special orders.

All orders subject to contingencies beyond our control.

Whitby Furniture Outlet will not accept responsibility for any damages to private property during delivery.

Purchaser acknowledges that only the warranty of the manufacturer of the merchandise purchase will apply to the merchandise.

It is sole responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all goods prior to pick or delivery by carrier. once goods are accepted, no claims will be accepted. Only exception being is the manufacturer's warranty on the product.

Purchaser is responsible for Re-Delivery charges if not at home or do not accept delivery on scheduled delivery date.

Delivery dates are approximate and are subject to contingencies beyond our control.

There are no warranties or guarantees against wear and tear.

We reserve the right to cancel the order of goods only which are not available.

Exchange only if defective within 24 Hrs. (with original packaging).

25% of full purchase price will be charged on any cancellation for any ordered product (Restocking Charges).

Assembly of products & packaging material disposal is customers responsibility.
